Enterprise Transformation(ICP-ENT)

Enterprise Agility is the need of the hour. But, building an agile organization is a journey. The Enterprise Transformation Mastery – Immersion Workshop provides education, direction, and coaching for Transformation leaders, Enterprise Coaches, and anyone looking to help Organizations kick starts their Transformation journey. During this workshop, you will gain the competencies needed for the Enterprise Agile Coaching discipline. You will be also be introduced to a Structured Leadership Coaching approach that can help Leaders develop Creative leadership. On successful completion of the course and assessment, you will receive the ICAgile Certified Professional in Agility in the Enterprise (ICP-ENT) credentials from ICAgile.

The ICP-ENT is the first of two knowledge-based certifications on the Enterprise Coaching for Agility Track. This certification focuses on developing an understanding of agility at the enterprise level from structural, process, leadership, and cultural perspectives.

As an advanced path, most courses in Enterprise Coaching for Agility involve a combination of classroom learning and ongoing group discussions around practical experience in the field.
